I don't have a name for her yet, oops

Wanted to design a character who has survived long enough to the point it screws her up, which ends up haunting the protagonist for the rest of the story, even though she will be around for a little bit. Her desired future is to wipe mankind due to them constantly declaring war on each other.
I forgot to mention she is a vampire!
